Once your payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1-3 working days to verify your payment, conduct quality control, and package your items. Orders will only be shipped once the full payment amount has been received and confirmed.

Typically, we aim to process orders on the same day your payment is confirmed, provided it is on a weekday. Any confirmed orders received after 2 PM will be processed the next day. For example, if your order is confirmed on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping fees may vary depending on your location and the weight of the items in your order. Free shipping is available for purchases of IDR 1.000.000 or more. Please note that the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Tracking numbers typically become active once the courier has collected and processed your shipment. Please allow at least 24 hours for processing on the courier's side. If your order was completed during the weekend or on public holidays, tracking will be available the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can click on your tracking number in the email to access the tracking site. Alternatively, you can also track your order by going to Accounts > My Orders, where you will find your tracking number and a link to the tracking site.
